I really like the chair and its features especially the adjustable lumbar support. The only down side I have found is that the chair does not adjust low enough for me (I am 5’5”) for me to be comfortable for longer periods of time. When my feet are resting on the ground the chair exerts more pressure on the back of my legs just above my knee. I have remedied the situation by placing my feet on a big 2” thick book and now I am comfortable and happy :)
