Wheels do not roll on hardwood floor

So excited to get the chair home from the store. Unfortunately after I put it together the design of the wheel supports and the wheels themselves prevents all 5 of them from rolling in the same direction over my hardwood floors. I can get at least 3 of the wheels to roll in the same direction but there are always at least 2 that don't spin around and align so just slide. If the wheel supports where shorter making the wheels closer to the center of the chair I think they would work fine. As is i am always dragging a couple wheels so instead of rolling around the office I have to scoot. The wheels are plastic so there isn't much resistance but still no rolling. The chair itself fits me well and is comfortable in my 200lb 6' body.
So I’m about 3 weeks in and everything is going very well. Not sure about long term durability of the mesh. Will probably give a 6 month report about that later. (if it holds up maybe I will update my review to 5 stars). Lower back is super happy. I can’t tell if its the mesh or the lumbar support but all pain and complaining has either gone completely or reduced to a very low level. As a UX designer I can clock like 6hrs at a time w/out getting up. Had to assemble it. Wasn’t too hard but took me like 20 min. Definitely follow the instructions. You might have a wonky build if you don’t. Cheers!
This chair is a bit high priced but worth it. With the adjustable lumbar support it's just what I needed to lessen my back pain while working at my desk. It's a solid chair and does the job!
Really Comfortable Chair. The Wheels...not so much

I bought the chair because it's really comfortable. I especially appreciate the lumber support for my particular frame if you know what I mean. Assembly is pretty cut and dry. But be warned: the wheels do not snap into place. I had to bang the living snot out of the wheels with a 25-lb weight to get them into a modicum of position. Even now one of the wheels is a little "off." I expect that particular wheel to settle in. To sum up: Happy with the chair. Not happy with the wheel putting-in process. If I'm forced to think about putting wheels in or hit the product with a 25-lb dumbbell something is "off."
i put it together today and it seems to be of decent quality. It is for my wife and she is happy with it. that is what i know as of now!

Assembly was easy. The mesh itself is comfortable and breathable. There is adjustable lumbar support behind that back mesh that makes me feel supported without being uncomfortable. Chair is definitely suitable for those of average height/weight; I'm 5"9 & 165lbs and my heels and feet are perfectly on the ground sitting in the chair. I would strongly recommend this as a mid range chair if you want something reliable but don't want to break the bank
