Great chair. Comfortable. Bought chair for elderly parent to use at the kitchen table. Eases the effort needed to transfer parent from walker to chair and position for eating. Great price. Got the chair on sale and also found a coupon on the internet.

The instructions that come with the chair are all diagrams. Hard to follow. The wheels wouldn't stay on so I called the customer support number included in the instructions and they were of no help whatsoever. The rep basically told me I needed to find someone else to assemble it for me. Wow! The chair isn't bad. The mesh back and seat make it cooler in hot weather. It has moveable arms so you can raise and lower them which is a nice feature. Its comfortable. But if I had known is was so hard to assemble I wouldn't have purchased it.
