I love this chair. Perfect for my needs. Staples had a display model on sale but none in stock. It was delivered by noon the next day with no delivery charge. Piece of cake for me. Way to go Staples!

Love the chair but some of the hardware is incorrect. I purchased this chair before and remembered having to replace three of the bolts because the ones that are provided were too long. I purchased 3 bolts and used them to make up the difference in size. Cheap fix but inconvenient.

The Seat mesh is coming off from left side

Bought this chair in May and have barely used for 2 month. The mesh in the seat has started coming off with stapler pins and fabric coming off from left side. Did not expected them to make the mesh completely on stapler pins. The chair itself is comfortable but if it's not even going to last then what's the benefit. Contacting Staples customer service for return or fix now
