I bought this chair when I started working from home in March at the start of the COVID Quarantine. Since then I've used it all day everyday between working and gaming. It feels just as good as the day I brought it home. The soft seat cushion has held up great and has not lost any volume. The back is contoured and comfortable for my back. No squeeks or creaks when moving or leaning back. Only thing I would have liked to see is more adjustment options for the arms other than just up and down. Great chair at a great price. My office chair at work is an aeron and I like this just as much.

The chair is poorly designed and uncomfortable. Had to return it after only 5 days use. The mesh seat was separating from the seat frame exposing the staples attaching the the seat to the frame. Returned it to my local Staples Store (Beaufort SC) and exchanged it for a Kelburne Desk Chair which was on sale and $40 less expensive. I like the Kelburne Chair.

This is such a comfortable chair. My posture is so much better now when I'm at my desk. I sit straight and have tons of support. I've had back surgery also so having the adjustable lumbar support is great. It hugs your back. Worth the price.
