I wanted to love it. I do like it. Very comfortable with good back support. Adjusted really well. Mesh was slightly rougher than I'd like otherwise it would have been a 5.

Bought this chair for my work-from-home space. Very comfortable and love the vented back. They didn't have it in stock at the store where I tried it but had it delivered in two days. Would recommend.

Chair is very flexible meaning height sit straight up and even lean back. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The lumbar support was what drew me to the chair. The adjustability is equivalent to that of much more expensive chairs.

I like the chair so far. Was delivered a day early which was nice. My only complaint is putting the chair together was a bit difficult. The instructions are also vague. Had the worst time getting the castors attached to the base. But now it’s together and I’ve been using the chair for about two weeks I haven’t had any complaints.

I bought this chair wanting something sleek and all black without a million plastic levers. This thing fits that bill really well and keeps you back nice and cool and supported. My only complaint with this chair is the lumbar support. First off you really only get one position because it won't stay in any of the other positions. As soon as you raise it it sinks back down to the bottom. Second it is hard plastic that doesn't have much give. AKA it isn't at all forgiving. I am 5' 11" and thankfully the lumbar support works for me in the lowest setting but if you are taller than that I would probably look elsewhere for a chair with more robust lumbar adjustments
