I bought this chair wanting something sleek and all black without a million plastic levers. This thing fits that bill really well and keeps you back nice and cool and supported. My only complaint with this chair is the lumbar support. First off you really only get one position because it won't stay in any of the other positions. As soon as you raise it it sinks back down to the bottom. Second it is hard plastic that doesn't have much give. AKA it isn't at all forgiving. I am 5' 11" and thankfully the lumbar support works for me in the lowest setting but if you are taller than that I would probably look elsewhere for a chair with more robust lumbar adjustments

Got this a few weeks ago. It was medium hard to put together. The lumbar bar tends to not stay in place; I need to bring it back up a lot. It also feels awkward like the seat will eventually wear out. All the controls work great however and it's otherwise comfortable and easy to roll around!

I like the chair so far. Was delivered a day early which was nice. My only complaint is putting the chair together was a bit difficult. The instructions are also vague. Had the worst time getting the castors attached to the base. But now it’s together and I’ve been using the chair for about two weeks I haven’t had any complaints.
