Bought this chair for my home office. With COVID restrictions once again in full swing I am using the chair every day. While it looks nice the performance is less than desirable. The chair back adjustment does not tighten so the back always wiggles around. Same thing with the arm rests. The seat cushion is pretty much flattened out after 2 weeks of daily use. I choose this chair over the “cheap” options sold at other stores. I would add this one to the “cheap” group.

Sturdy chair with several ergonomic adjustments makes this a great all-purpose chair. Easy enough to sit in for several hours while still being comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the lumbar support tends to slide down throughout the day but it's easy to reset to where you want it.

I needed a chair that was durable strong lightweight as comfortable to sit in for periods of time. I also wanted something to support my back and the adjustable lumbar part does just that. The high back lets you rest as well. I highly recommend this chair!

This chair gives me lumbar support without the high cost of the others. I am very short-waisted so I wish that could be lowered one more inch. I do like that I can push it back to stretch when I want though it is quite a bit tighter than the display chair. I am hoping it loosens up a bit over time. The cushioned seats always lose their support over time & the fabric chairs get caught on things causing pulls in the fabric. This mesh chair seems like the most resilient & durable though I bought the protection plan in case it's not. We shall see!

Very easy to assemble. I've only been using it for a few days but I do spend several hours per day in it while working from home. The adjustments are smooth and easy to reach. It rolls easily over the rug between desks. It feels sturdy and is comfortable to sit in for at least a 4 hour stretch.
