I've had this chair for a week and so far it is very comfortable and supports my back nicely. I'm tall and I like the tall back on this chair. The adjustable arm rests make it easy to sit at my desk which has a pull-out keyboard shelf. The easy to reach seat height adjustment is great. I only gave this chair 4 stars because I've had it such a short time and don't know how it will be in the long run.

Although the website says that the black and blue are the same they are not - the blue has a very nicely padded fabric seat while the black option is a mess seat. I ordered the black at first and realized the difference while assembling. These are very quick to assemble and very comfortable.

The swivel-tilt adjustable tension control doesn't work

I put the chair together successfully but one part doesn't work: the adjustable tension control for the swivel. It's locked into place like it's glued with super glue. I haven't returned the chair because it's too much of a hassle. But this is a promised feature that wasn't deliverd. If this feature is important to you beware.

This chair has adjustable height and tilt and the arms can be raised/lowered a bit. The lumbar support can slide up or down a few inches along the back of the chair. The mesh is very firm but comfortable. After I started working from home in March I realized that my home desk chair was not cut out for an 8-hour day. This chair is very comfortable not hard to put together and my back's not hurting at the end of the day anymore. If you can get to a store I suggest trying it out.
