The chair is great; however it was delivered to the house next-door! That wasn't so great! Maybe your delivery guys should make sure they are dropping off at the correct house! The label was correct and my address is plainly displayed above my garage. The house next-door doesn't even have an address displayed anyplace on the house!

My main reason buying this chair was to get some back support since I sit 8 hrs a day on this chair. I'm petite and short (5' tall) so when I bought this I was afraid it won't go up high enough to my computer desk. But it go up pretty high so I'm pleased with that. Loved everything about it except it's not really supporting my back as I wanted. It would be nice if the back pop in more to touch my back. Again maybe because I'm petite so I don't know. That's why I'm giving it a 4 stars instead of 5.

The chair is very comfortable with many adjustments. It would have been nice to have the adjustment for the seat pan. Fortunately it fits me fine the way it is. My wife will struggle with the depth of the seat.
