Well the chair is exactly what I ordered. I'm hoping it holds up for the 7 years its guaranteed for. They make a big deal about easy assembly but the new pictures are still vague and not exactly accurate. Tools were provided and they work but I just wish they would label the size of them so you can use better tools if you have them. Assembly took me about 90 minutes since I was having a really hard time deciphering the actual steps and I had to disassemble after the first step since I didn't attach the arms before inserting screws. Perhaps that's on me but they really weren't very good instructions. Chair itself is comfy and supportive.
I've purchased a number of office chairs for home use and used a number of chairs when I worked in a traditional office and this is by far my favorite. It's comfortable (I work 8-10 hours/day in this thing) it has a number of adjustable areas the seat is mesh (in addition to the mesh back) and not a fabric-covered cushion like a lot of mesh chairs feature and the cost is very affordable. I've been extremely happy with this purchase. I've only had it for about a week but I've used it daily and have had no discomfort or lingering pain after extended use. The only 'complaint' I have if you can call it that is that the lumbar support isn't very configurable. There is a plastic piece that slides up and down to determine where the support contacts your back. You can't increase/decrease the amount of pressure applied. That's enough rambling. If you're on the fence about a chair you really can't go wrong with this one.
This chair has adjustments for height tilt arm rest height and lumbar support so it can easily fit anyone and the mesh back and seat make for cool seating. I highly recommend it.
I can now work more comfortably from home. I should have bought it months ago. I paid to have the chair assembled and bought the 3-year warranty. Great investment.
