Just assembled it today and am using it for the first time. It has more height than my old chair which fits my new desk better. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble (did it myself!). Hope it lasts me as long as my old chair did!

There's a little metal piece at the bottom of the chair that is extremely loud when the chair rolls. Once you put the piston on you have to pull the piston off to get that metal ring off. I wish the instructions would have advised me to remove it before hand.

All the features I wanted and on sale. But I did have to call the manufacturer to learn the trick of inserting the casters. A link to the short video that was emailed to me was just what I needed. It could easily have been put on paper and included as part of the setup instructions.
