Used for two weeks. So far works well. Firm seat and back. Adjustable lumbar works well. Sloped front so no thigh fatigue. works fine. Only the back tilts back not the entire chair personally prefer this because when the whole chair tilts back it feels like I would tip over. When putting it together though it was missing one bolt. Had to go to the store and request another bolt.

This chair was comfortable when I sat on it in the store for a minute but I've had back aches every day since I started using it for work. I bought a second one for my daughter but returned it.
