I have a bad back and I needed a new office chair. This one felt pretty good in the store. When I got it home I realized that the lumber back support bar goes down with 20 seconds. I NEED that lumbar support. The top of the back of the chair also is not upright enough for me. Very disappointed in this chair.

Perfect lumbar support for me and seat size (front to back) fits my shorter stature. Mesh keeps me cool in this summer heat. Raises and lowers to fit my adjustable height desk . Just great all around!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable good value but creaks loudly

I picked the Kroy over the Hyken chair as this one was the superior chair in a lot of ways. Has a wider seat more comfortable and Hyken headrest was too low to use (I'm 5'11'' and 160 lbs for reference). I recommend visiting a local Staples and sitting in a few chairs to find one that best fits you. My main complaint is that this chair is very creaky when you shift your weight around. To clarify the chair has a recline feature and that hinge/spring is NOT creaky. Rather the noise seems to be coming from the junction between the hydraulic cylinder and the base. I've read a few other reviews that also mention this problem so I don't think it's a one-off issue.
