Once the chair arrived it was simple to assemble and adjust. It got lost in Staples' delivery system so it was a day later arriving than promised. It is a nice tastefully designed no-frills chair sturdy and well priced in its product family. We chose to leave the arms off during assembly so the chair can slide under a desk with someone seated in it -- a task chair. We did save the arm assemblies and bolts for future use.

Bought this chair for continued work from home. It is very comfortable and has good ergonomic features. The directions were a little confusing as they were all pictures and little to no words describing how to put together the chair. It took about 30 min to assemble having put one piece on backwards since the directions didn't have words describing the directions but I was able to turn around and fix. Overall good purchase.

Initially the mesh on the chair felt little uncomfortable. But over a period of time I got used to it. It was easy to assemble. I had to put in a little extra effort for placing the wheels. Features wise it has good adjustment controls for the back and for adjusting the height.
