It's a comfortable basic chair. I'm about a week in to using it and have had no issues. It's no thrills but does the job. I upgraded the casters to rollerblade casters to roll a bit easier on carpet. Only wish is that the arms raised up to upright position to easier push in under a desk. Ended up removing the arms entirely to be more comfortable.

Maybe we're not ready for change. The chair is not as comfortable as we had hoped. Or maybe we just need to get used to it. In the store the sample was obviously acceptable. In practice not so much. Well see.
