Received the chair through an online order. Chair replace one I had had for over 7 years that was extremely uncomfortable. Ii was somewhat concerned about assembling the chair myself but found instructions easy to follow and had all assembled in an hour. Lumbar support chair height and adjustable arms allow me to modify for computer work or other tasks. Very comfortable and so far very happy!
