Used for two weeks. So far works well. Firm seat and back. Adjustable lumbar works well. Sloped front so no thigh fatigue. works fine. Only the back tilts back not the entire chair personally prefer this because when the whole chair tilts back it feels like I would tip over. When putting it together though it was missing one bolt. Had to go to the store and request another bolt.

As other have noted this chair is easy to assemble and the instructions are quite clear. It is useful to follow the step by step in the instructions and not try to do things out of order. The chair's numerous adjustments translate into a chair that adjusts to the person using the chair "it contours to my contours." A good buy a quality chair at a reasonable price.

The chair's seat was not the one I thought I was getting. But it seems to work so far. It was a discontinued item and that might explain the difference with the previous office chair whose gas ran out.

Mesh is stretching and the plastic hurts your back. Seat padding is failing and makes your legs numb. Its is the worst office chair I have owned in 30 years. AVOID.
