My opinion is that the chair does the job. I am using it at home as I am working from home occasionally. I am about 6'3" and wish I bought a chair with a neck/head rest but the tall back support is good. It also has an adjustable lumbar support but it's very basic. Arm rests seat (height and back support) as adjustable. Chair is also pretty wide but the seat seems a bit short. The chair has an option to lean back and lock it in place as well. Overall it's an economic chair for someone on a low-budget.

Love the idea of a mesh back and seat. Unfortunately the construction of the seat is poor. Less than 2 months using it and the mesh fabric of the seat is coming undone - literally the staples holding the mesh are starting to pop out.

Got the chair as a Birthday gift for my adult daughter working from home during COVID-19. She was having back issues and needed a more "Ergonomic' chair to sit comfortably. Had her pick it out and she loves it. Really likes the ability to raise & lower the mesh pads up or down her back for targeted pressure also the fact that she can raise & lower the arm rest for her desk height. Will say that the instructions confused us by having a different model chair shown in the pictures and we had to guess how to assemble it. Thanks.
