Very comfortable. Required assembly with more tools than the Allen wrench. Wheels/ casters needed help going on. My husband used a mallet pen punch. Other than that assembly went fine. For comfort I would definitely recommend this chair! Back support is awesome!

My opinion is that the chair does the job. I am using it at home as I am working from home occasionally. I am about 6'3" and wish I bought a chair with a neck/head rest but the tall back support is good. It also has an adjustable lumbar support but it's very basic. Arm rests seat (height and back support) as adjustable. Chair is also pretty wide but the seat seems a bit short. The chair has an option to lean back and lock it in place as well. Overall it's an economic chair for someone on a low-budget.
