Very comfortable chair especially for lower back. Only wish you could adjust the arm rests to slide further in or further out and not just up and down. But overall no complaints. Pretty decent chair for working from home.

I like the look. So much better than the old style seat back. The lumbar feature is great for my 65 year old back. I have assembled several Staples chairs of the years. This chair is definitely the easiest to assemble. The way the back connects to the seat is one reason why it's easy. I didn't give it 5 stars because I found some marks on the legs like they were marred. Not something really noticeable but could be a QC issue
