Good quality chair for the price. Easy to assemble although having a 2nd person helps. Great for shorter people with adjustable arm rest height and lumbar support. Super comfortable to sit in.

Just purchased chair last month. We ordered in store so we obviously sat on it there and found it comfortable. Kinda silly for me to rate anything else about it at this point but maybe ask me in about a year and I'll tell you if I needed to put the "protection plan" to use. lol

Very comfortable easy to assemble. Only concern was my local store was disconnected from the online ad prices and almost charged me 42% more for a floor model. Thankfully they were out of stock and I had to order online. Disappointing that this brand experience wasn’t consistent with online and brick and mortar stores. Will be hard to trust what I see in the store in the future.

Chair is very comfortable and breathable. Has 100% helped with back problems that my prior chair was giving me. Rolls around easily and arm rest are adjustable. Only negative was the wheels were pretty hard to get in had to get someone else to do it.

Got the chair shipped to my house as Staples instructed it would and although you had to assembly the chair completely it was not very difficult with tooling included. I have enjoyed the chair and am using it on a daily basis as my primary work chair.
