Bought it for a new employee and he said he likes it Good price and not too long to assemble. Blue back is a little different but the black chair doesn't come with the padded seat.

Assembling this chair is a 2 person job but it is fairly easy to assemble with 2 people. It is also very comfortable and provides great back support! I love how so many things (especially the armrest height) is adjustable :)

I needed a chair whose arms would fit under the computer table. This works perfectly and it is quite comfortable when I need to sit for a long time. Having read some of the reviews about assembly I had the store assemble the chair and I had it at my desk the next day. I'm disappointed to see that the price has decreased as of today's writings but ....
