These chairs are great comfortable and just the right amount of adjustments except for the seat. I wish I could lower it about 4 more inches (I'm 5'2''). It works well with my computer desk and the armrests are a nice fit as well so I just need to get a foot stool. The seat and back are firm with just the right amount of give to be supportive and not stiff.

Assembly directions were difficult to understand. Parts were mislabeled. One of the screw holes was misdrilled the screw wouldn't go in at all.
