This chair was just what I need as like others during the pandemic I have been working at home for months. It's very comfortable and the seat itself is short enough for my short legs. I don't need a support pillow for my back. The only issue I have and the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a little too tall for me. I'm 5' 2" and my feet need to be a little higher to be comfortable and align my back. I took care of that by getting a foot rest.

Good chair but broke in a week - Staples quickly replaced it

This chair is great in terms of the basic setting you want to see on a desk chair (good/adjustable lumbar height adjustment seat back angle adjustment). It also looks very nice. However my height adjustor broke after the first week of use. Now when I sit in the chair it goes to the lowest setting automatically making it virtually useless for me. Staples was very quick to replace the item and I’m now waiting on the new chair.

This chair is of very good quality. I'm a short person so I like that it goes lower than other chairs to accomodate me. Although it wasn't on sale at the store it was on sale online for $60 less; and an online coupon gave me another $20. Great deal!
