Having been an office worker for 25+ years this is one of the most comfortable chairs I have had. The lumbar support is the best for sitting extended periods of 8-10 hours a day.

This chair has adjustable height and tilt and the arms can be raised/lowered a bit. The lumbar support can slide up or down a few inches along the back of the chair. The mesh is very firm but comfortable. After I started working from home in March I realized that my home desk chair was not cut out for an 8-hour day. This chair is very comfortable not hard to put together and my back's not hurting at the end of the day anymore. If you can get to a store I suggest trying it out.
