A bunch of waiting customers some of whom had not liked other Staples desks chairs heartily recommended the Kroy (some of them were there to buy second or third Kroy). Chair has worked great for me although I have no need to sit in it for a very long time which would be a better measure of the chair's comfort. What I really liked was the ease of assembly. I've heard horror stories about people who tried and failed to assemble other chairs. This was ridiculously easy thanks to great instructions-I am not the handiest person around.

Great chair especially for my back since I have 2 herniated disk. However since I got my chair on 12/20/21. It smells like mildew. I spray it everyday with Lysol and when I called Staples it was the last box. This smell is bad but I need this chair. It’s the only one that helps my back.

I purchased this chair as a graduation gift for my sister. Since she has some back pain I took her to the store and had her select the chair. Upon sitting in this one and realizing the benefit the lumbar support provides she quickly choose it and is completely satisfied even now after several weeks. It was shipped to her home the day after I purchased it as promised by the store employee and it was simple to assemble. I'll definitely return to Staples the next time I'm in the market for a new desk chair.
