Not terribly difficult to assemble with the supplied Allen wrench. The five caster footing makes it more stable and with the front knob control the user can determine how quickly the chair will tilt back if it is not locked in one position. Nice chair.

I was looking for an office chair to spend my work day in and this is the best! No more back pain from sitting 8-10 hours a day Very comfortable the mesh makes it breathable and cool.
