Chair was a bit more expensive than I had hoped for but the assembly fee was a bargain. Lumbar support is excellent; back no longer hurts. Would have liked a lighter color but chair is unobtrusive in the room and moves easily on the carpet. Would recommend.
Very comfortable desk chair for sitting for multiple hours. Definitely improved the ergonomics of my work-from-home setting over the dining room style chair I was using.
The chair took a little time to assemble but it wasn't difficult. It has three options for more comfort lift tilt and tension of seat. Still getting used to working from home and this chair has made it easier. You will need a foot rest if you are 5 ft tall and working from a home office.
The Kroy chair is proving to be a very good choice. Still in my first week of use andI am still getting used to it. The right arm rest did arrive with a small dent in it but does not effect the use of the armrest. I am enjoying the adjustments that can be made to tailor the fit and operation. The past two chairs I have used both had severe cracking and deterioration in the material used to cover the cushions. I trust that the mesh material will provide many hours of good use. The assembly instructions need to be updated to explain the best method for attaching the casters. The current instruction just says to attach casters. Using a small block of wood and a hammer works well
