For one this desk is way heavier than it needs to be over 100 lbs with the majority of the weight coming not from the electronics in the legs but rather just the surface of the desk (no drawers no electronics just a white rectangle). However after finally getting it up the stairs and into my apartment I started to assemble it. The final step was to attach the desktop to the legs and the screws did not line up with the holes in the metal elbow. It was off by about 2 centimeters even after I disassembled and reassembled in an effort to fix it and because the screws are wide I could not complete the assembly. I ended up taking the whole thing apart and returned it immediately. A lot of frustration would not recommend.
On the plus side assembly was easy the chair is light and has plenty of adjustments. On the minus side that darn lumbar support which slides up and down hits me in the worst possible spot and does not adjust high enough to get it into the right place - especially because it slips down every time I sit in the chair. As a result I had to tie-wrapped the device so it doesn't move and to help center it in the small of my back. It may be a structural element of the chair but it would be such an improvement if it could just be removed entirely.

This chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable!
I needed a new office chair to use while working from home. I like this chair and has been good for my lower back pain. It’s comfortable and fairly easy to put together.
