I slump so the lumbar support is wonderful to keep me upright. The casters are smooth the chair is solid and for $120 it’s a great chair. Took me 45 minutes to put together. Staples delivered in 2 days.

The only problem I had putting this together was with the casters. I couldn’t for the life of me get them all to stay on when rolling over uneven surfaces — so needless to say we haven’t. Otherwise love the chair & very easy to assemble!

Bought this chair for my home office. With COVID restrictions once again in full swing I am using the chair every day. While it looks nice the performance is less than desirable. The chair back adjustment does not tighten so the back always wiggles around. Same thing with the arm rests. The seat cushion is pretty much flattened out after 2 weeks of daily use. I choose this chair over the “cheap” options sold at other stores. I would add this one to the “cheap” group.
