The Kroc Mesh Task chair has been perfect for my back provides the support I needed. I can also adjust the back panel to different levels . The armrests are a plus since my previous chair did not have any. The chair can also adjust up or down. This is a nice feature if you want to sit back and rest your neck if you can adjust your computer screen to coordinate to the level of the chair which in my case I can.

Bought this chair after talking to a few co-workers in my office who were very pleased with theirs. I'm 6' 1" so finding comfortable office chairs is a trial. Over all I like it a lot—good lumbar support (adjustable; works great for my height). Only complaint is no head support but that's just something you have to pay more for. Would recommend this chair even compared to Herman-Miller.
