The chair was easy to put together but the chair seat is too high for my desk. I called the service number to see if they offered a shorter cylinder but they don't. When I pull out my key board it ends up sitting on top of my legs. Also the plastic lumbar support digs into my back and after an hour of sitting in the chair it is very uncomfortable.
