I needed a chair that could lift higher than others and this chair works great. I. Use it while sewing and the arms were in the way and not needed anyway so I removed them. Quick and easy fix. I’m pleased with my purchase.
Ajustable arms helped greatly with sore shoulder and upper arms.

Like the height of the chair and the mesh seat with lumbar support....the arms were the feature that drew me in but the other features sold me. Definitely worth a serious sit if you are looking for a new comfortable chair. PS: The staff at the Kenwood Staples were so helpful....much appreciated!
Long-term performance is still up for judgment but otherwise this chair works well for me. It has several adjustments to make it suitable for anyone or for different needs. A few facets I would like to see improvements on however: 1. The height adjustment slips so it has to be re-adjusted from time to time. 2. The lumbar adjustment is too limited in the range of adjustment. 3. The various levers for adjustment are often difficult to reach; they should be slightly longer for greater ease. 4. I don't know if there is a better way to design it but the chair curves upward on the sides making for a nasty and painful seat when you hit it at an angle other than straight in front. This is the most expensive chair I ever bought so more expensive chairs may easily be better but I would estimate that less expensive ones are very close in usability at least for the short-term.
All this time spent in Zooms these days and sitting in a dining room chair? My back wasn't loving it! Decided I needed a gift for myself and headed to Staples where I found this chair: light weight easy to move in- best of all amazing lumbar support! Ahhhh! And Staples staff made it so easy assembly charge wrapped into the reasonably-priced extended warranty. (Writing this review two weeks after buying this- hope it proves to be as durable as it is comfortable)
