There's a little metal piece at the bottom of the chair that is extremely loud when the chair rolls. Once you put the piston on you have to pull the piston off to get that metal ring off. I wish the instructions would have advised me to remove it before hand.
All the features I wanted and on sale. But I did have to call the manufacturer to learn the trick of inserting the casters. A link to the short video that was emailed to me was just what I needed. It could easily have been put on paper and included as part of the setup instructions.
I sat in a lot of chairs that were much higher priced than this one and none of them were as comfortable any more adjustable or as supportive as this one. It's a good chair and easy to assemble too.
