I really wanted to love this chair. It's extremely comfortable except for one feature. The adjustable range for the height doesn't allow it To go low enough for me in order for my feet to touch the ground. I'm a 5'7 female and my legs are still dangling on the lowest setting. My heels are a solid two inches off the ground making my legs go numb and knees start to ache in a couple of hours. I've tried working in high heels (from home) to alleviate this gap in height and have tried using a foot stool as well. Nothing is really working as a solution so far. I'm going to see if I can swap out the pump for a shorter one but I just find it kinda frustrating when at 5'7 (not overly short) I've never had to modify furniture before to suite my height before. If you're tall or have long legs this chair is great. If you're on the shorter side I'd recommend trying this chair in person first or finding something else.

Telescoping decorative sleeve was not included in original packaging. It shipped after we called it in. We used the chair without it and now it seems impossible to take the seat off to install the sleeve.
