This is the second chair I have used of this type. First was replaced by company. Now this chair with less than 6 months of use is having the same problem. The fabric and fastening does not stand up to 9 to 5 office use. This will continue to get worse as it did with the previous chair.

This chair is too high

This chair is way too high. When I raise it to the highest point my feet are at least 4 inches above the ground and the lowest point my legs are still causing pressure on the bottom of my legs due to how high it is...I'm 5.8" tall. It's already assembled so I don't want to disassemble to return; I'll have to get a foot stand to raise my leg level and be comfortable. This chair sucks 100%. I love the fact that it's mesh 100% but it's very uncomfortable at any height level.

I like the lumbar support and the light weight of this chair. My old chair was giving me a backache from using it but my new Kroy Mesh Task chair feels great. I would definitely recommend it.
