I purchased this chair on Dec 31 2019 and received it on Jan 2 2020. I had read all the reviews regarding this chair which was good. I decided to go in person to try out the chair and it supported my lower back as my high end car which the seats in my vehicle were designed by orthopedics. If anyone who has a bad back this chair hugs your lower back where there is no pressure on your lower back or spine. Assembly the chair was easy but heavy for a woman to lift up. I highly recommend this product.
