The chair works well the seat allows for airflow which is important it's comfortable. Been using it for 2 weeks and am happy with it. I did not want a headrest and that made this a good option. I hope it will last a bunch of years.

Quite comfortable good adjustments rolls easily and silently good swivel firm thigh support … but no seat-tilt adjustment and a monster of a lumbar support that I don’t see how to remove and am not sure that would be a good idea requiring upright posture or to sit leaning back a cushion positioned above the lumbar thing. Recommend with those caveats.
