I purchased this chair after getting back pain in my previous one. This chair offers a great lower back support and the mesh back and seat assists with posture. I have not had a bit of back pain since purchasing and I work 8-10 hrs. in my home office.

I originally purchased the Hyken due to rave reviews but I personally found it uncomfortable and returned after less than a week. I sat on all the chairs at my local Staples and found this one the most comfortable. I purchased the blue one since it has the foam seat (the black version is a mesh seat). It has been great and for the past month now. Only wish I could have gotten the black back with the foam seat.

The chair is comfortable i think well made i would definitely recommend it to members of my family if they were looking for one. Service at the Waterloo store was excellent and the shipping time was short and came when expected .
