Good Chair except for to much lumbar support

After sitting in it for 10 hour work days the lumbar support gets to be to much & no way to reduce it. You can only slide it up or down not in or out & if you recline the chair back to reduce the lumbar pressure then your back will not touch the back of the chair. This chair would be really good if the lumbar support had an adjustment on how far into the chair it is.
I like that the arm rests have a wide range of adjustability. There is less lower back support than I had hoped but given that I couldn't test it out before purchase it seems to have worked out pretty well.
I like the chair so far. Was delivered a day early which was nice. My only complaint is putting the chair together was a bit difficult. The instructions are also vague. Had the worst time getting the castors attached to the base. But now it’s together and I’ve been using the chair for about two weeks I haven’t had any complaints.
I bought this at 25% off during the summer of 2020 specifically for working from home. I was replacing an old chair with a seat that had flattened out. There are a couple problems I have with this chair: 1. After about 6 months of use the seat cushion had compressed significantly. I'm 5'11" 150 lbs well within the weight capacity of this chair and I use it about 8-10 hours a day 5-6 days a week. The seat has compressed to the point where there is very little give anymore and it feels like I'm sitting directly on metal all day giving me leg pain and general discomfort. I'm shifting positions much more than I did when I initially got it. I may try the warranty but I have no confidence that a replacement cushion will last any longer than the original. The thought of replacing the seat every few months until the warranty expires is wasteful and ridiculous. 2. The seat is about a half inch higher off the floor on one side. I have checked all the bolts and this is definitely a manufacturer issue not an assembly mistake. If I adjust the arms to the same setting then push the chair up to a desktop they will not meet the desktop at the same height. Not super noticeable in day to day use but still annoying. I have scoliosis and already slightly lean to one side I don't need my chair to lean for me. In my opinion this chair has some significant quality issues. It might be fine for smaller people and/or short periods of use. But for all other use cases I would not recommend it.
Very nice chair also easy assemble. Very comfortable for back. I recommend this chair for anyone especially sitting more than 5 hours. Worth for money what I pay for
Bought this chair for continued work from home. It is very comfortable and has good ergonomic features. The directions were a little confusing as they were all pictures and little to no words describing how to put together the chair. It took about 30 min to assemble having put one piece on backwards since the directions didn't have words describing the directions but I was able to turn around and fix. Overall good purchase.
