Easy to assemble (just rotate the casters slowly while you push down hard and they will go in) good looking chair very solidly built easy to adjust the fit to your individual preference.

Extremely comfortable. I like the mesh bottom for breathability. The lumbar support is a nice add. I like the adjustable arms height adjust and flexible back with tension adjust. I no longer have tingling in my arms because I can set up my workspace more ergonomically. Putting it together was super easy. You may need another set of hands but I did it myself. Instructions were the simplest I've ever seen for putting together office furniture. And the drawings were detailed enough to figure out orientation.

Needed a new chair that my 16 year old could work on for extended time since virtual classes will continue for some time. First full day use today and I heard no more complaints about how tired and uncomfortable it was being online today. The chair is definitely a good comfortable chair and the ability o adjust lumbar support and tilt as needed is a plus.

Somewhat comfortable however not comfortable for 5-10 hours a day sitting at a desk. I like the reclining feature that allows it to be reclined based on individual needs and are not preset positions only.
