This chair provides great support with flexible adjustments as needed. I got one for my wife and am now trashing my old desk chair that is floppy in its back support. I’m 6’2" and she is 5’8” and both are moderate weight. Works great for either of us.

Would recommend. Have had it for a few weeks only but very supportive which was a main criteria for purchase. Wish there was a bit more padding on arms and at knee interface with seat. Overall very happy but you have to want support. Everyone may not enjoy how much this chair offers in that department.

casters not rolling very well

After I assembled this chair I noticed that the casters are not rotating and rolling very well on our hardwood floor. I also had bought another chair before (Carden mesh chair) and I never have this problem with its casters. It seems to be some sort of design problem.
