Bought this office chair for my wife and she loves it's soft mesh design. We decided not to attach the arms as this gives her more mobility and feels less like an airline seat. The look and arch of the chair is what makes it a great buy. The back panel goes down to the near bottom of chair supporting your lower back keeping your lower lumbar (think butt) from "slumping" backward which over time can lead to pain. Remember sitting is the "new cancer" and so having a comfortable office chair makes all the difference.

A very comfortable chair for the price. The instructions for setting it up were pretty terrible. I ended up having to watch a couple youtube videos of people setting up similar chairs to figure out how to attache the wheels and how to attach the back to the seat. And I never figured out what two of the adjustments did if they even do anything at all. Also as a lady under 5'6'' tall I wish it would lower down just a little bit closer to the ground. But for the price it's a very comfortable chair. And it did go lower than any of the (many) other office chairs that Staples had for sale. So for shorter and smaller people this one seems like the best option at this price range. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable but comfortable option.
