Bought this office chair for my wife and she loves it's soft mesh design. We decided not to attach the arms as this gives her more mobility and feels less like an airline seat. The look and arch of the chair is what makes it a great buy. The back panel goes down to the near bottom of chair supporting your lower back keeping your lower lumbar (think butt) from "slumping" backward which over time can lead to pain. Remember sitting is the "new cancer" and so having a comfortable office chair makes all the difference.
