Arm rests are adjustable as is the back support although it's firm it doesn't bother after a length of time you .... so for a very good chair....

I received my chair earlier today. I was able to set it up myself in 25 mins and started using it right away. So far it feels very comfortable. I've used it a total of 4 hours today. My back feels good and you can adjust where you want the back support. Nice height and feels sturdy. I'm hoping it last a lot longer than my last chair. So far so good!

We had it one day and one of the plastic casters broke. It probably cracked when I was putting it together. In order for them to be inserted properly an impact force is needed. That is bad for something not made of metal. I wonder how long this chair will last.

After an exhausting online search I finally decided to go to Staples in search of a new computer chair. I tried several including the most expensive brand. I was about to give up when a sales person showed me the Kroy MeshTask Chair. From the moment I sat down I was comfortable. I am 5'3" and weigh 119 lb. This chair has adjustable lumbar support adjustable arm rests and can be adjusted for height. This is a great chair at a great price! I would recommend it.
