I am still adjusting the chair. My bum feels so much better. My old chair was 13 years old. But I am still trying to figure out the tilt of the seat the height and where the back goes. I think it may be the arms that are making my scrunch up my neck so I can't get it a 5 because something is off. Also- the wheels literally took AN HOUR to put on. This was RIDICULOUS! I googled. YouTubed... It was a fluke that they went in. We had to use some weird angle of the bottom chair and roll the wheels in. IT SUCKED. The rest was easy.
for the price it is a well-designed chair. open back keeps your back from sweating. Lumbar support is adjustable. Seat is bigger and cuts the back of the legs less than some. Only change I would make is make the seat pad a little more comfortable.
I was looking for an adjustable chair that breathes. This chair seemed to fit those needs. It is very easy to adjust the height of the chair height of the arm rests (something lacking in many other chairs) the location of lumbar support and the decline of the back. Picture instructions were very easy to read with hardware packaged and clearly labeled so there was no question which screw to use. The only tool I needed was the Allen wrench which was included and my husband’s patience to get the wheels secured into the base.
Nicely made chair and very comfortable. Great color scheme too. My only complaint is that it sits a little high at the lowest setting so make sure you are on the taller side before ordering. For me it’s fine but my gf is 5’4” and her feet don’t fully touch the ground.
