Very comfortable easy to assemble. Only concern was my local store was disconnected from the online ad prices and almost charged me 42% more for a floor model. Thankfully they were out of stock and I had to order online. Disappointing that this brand experience wasn’t consistent with online and brick and mortar stores. Will be hard to trust what I see in the store in the future.

The chair is a good chair for the most part but it has one extremely annoying problem. When the seat back is in a locked position and you lean back it make a super loud noise like it was stuck for a second and came unstuck. Then if you sit forward a bit to get more comfy it makes that noise again. If I leave the seat back unlocked it's not silent but the clunk noise does not occur and rubbing noise from moving parts is quite acceptable. Same is true if the seat back is locked in the maximum upright / as far forward as it goes position; no clunk. I only paid $125 for the chair but it should not make such a loud ugly sound. Very disappointing. As for everything else it's pretty much what I expected. Cool from the airiness of the mesh and very comfortable. Got to give it a two stars because the sound is just horribly aggravating and when you are not expecting it is scares you like you are going to fall over because something popped loose but it didn't. Assembly was easy.

This chair has plenty of room to sit comfortably as well as great back support and love the adjustable arm rests. The only drawback is the seat itself becomes uncomfortable when sitting for long periods so get up and stretch from time to time (it get a cushion lol) :)
