I lined all the different chairs up and sat in them without looking at price or other factors. I wanted to see which one was the most comfortable. Then I looked at the price and it was $100’s below the other brands. Now that I have it home and have set it to my needs it’s even better. I am totally satisfied.

I got this because my other chair was OVER 4 years old and just didn't support my back. This one DOES! I am at my desk 5 hours a day and the back support is great but I am still trying to find the 'perfect spot' to set the adjustment and that was done last night.

I am still adjusting the chair. My bum feels so much better. My old chair was 13 years old. But I am still trying to figure out the tilt of the seat the height and where the back goes. I think it may be the arms that are making my scrunch up my neck so I can't get it a 5 because something is off. Also- the wheels literally took AN HOUR to put on. This was RIDICULOUS! I googled. YouTubed... It was a fluke that they went in. We had to use some weird angle of the bottom chair and roll the wheels in. IT SUCKED. The rest was easy.

Good Chair except for to much lumbar support

After sitting in it for 10 hour work days the lumbar support gets to be to much & no way to reduce it. You can only slide it up or down not in or out & if you recline the chair back to reduce the lumbar pressure then your back will not touch the back of the chair. This chair would be really good if the lumbar support had an adjustment on how far into the chair it is.

I bought this chair to replace one that was 20 years old. Since I have been working from home I had been looking for a new office chair. I went into Staples to pick up an online order and ended up with this chair. After sitting in it I knew it was just what I was looking for. The arm rests raise and lower so you can adjust to your personal needs. And I love the lumbar in the back. You can reach behind the chair and adjust it up and down easily. You can raise & lower it and also adjust if you would like to lean back. My only small complaint is the padding at the front could be just a little bit thicker to prevent your thigh from resting on the hard plastic. I talked with the manager about looking to replace my office chair. This one was on sale she matched the online sale and since this was the last one in stock I was able to get it loaded in my car already assembled. This isn't a larger manager sized chair but it is larger than a smaller task chair. As long as the webbing holds up I feel like I got a great chair for the money!
