We had had numerous office chairs over time. From the moment we sat in this chair in the store we knew it was the one. We had shopped other choices at Staples on line however sitting in this one made all the difference. Great support very sturdy and solid feeling. The chair was also easy to assemble. I’m now thinking of replacing other more expansive chairs with this one. I would TOTALLY recommend this chair!

We're enjoying the two Union & Scale FlexFit Kroy mesh task chairs we bought. So far so good. No complaints to date. Observation: it doesn't drop down as far as I expected so you would want to know ahead of time that your feet will comfortably hit the floor while you are sitting in it. Otherwise we're quite pleased.
