After less than 4 months the seat is falling apart. It is stapled in and with regular use the staples are coming out and one side of the seat is pulling loose. I am very disappointed. It is a comfortable chair. I weigh less than 200 pounds. I do not "drop" down into it. There is no reason for it to be falling apart so soon.

The Staples Kroy Mesh Task Chair I purchased was a floor model at a reduced price in mint condition. I’m using it as a piano chair and an all-purpose chair in my music studio. The chair is very comfortable and adjustable to meet all my needs. It is well constructed and a great looking chair.

This chair is OK for taller people. It does not adjust very low for people who are shorter than 5' 11" so I ended up removing the wheels to accommodate my son. The tilt feature of the seat doesn't work but it is stuck in an acceptable position. Assembly was easy and it feels sturdy. Delivery was extremely fast. But if I could do it over I wouldn't buy this chair because of its limited adjustability for a smaller person.
