Very comfortable with a lot of adjustments. Mostly easy to assemble. The exception was the final fastening of the seat to the base. The bolts seemed to stop part way through the holes meaning that the seat was not solidly attached. It turned out that the ends of the bolt holes must have something that helps keep the bolts from loosening and one must use a lot of force on the wrench to drive the bolts through whatever this is.

So I tried this chair out in the store and it seemed pretty good. The reason I wanted to get it was my current chair was killing my but after 30 minutes of being in it. While this chair helped that problem the back support is atrocious. The lumbar is hard plastic that digs into your back and I can NOT find a comfortable position to where my back inst being strained to death. Returning it tomorrow

Doesn't sit low enough for proper ergonomics

I tried this model at the store. It is very comfy and I loved that I can set any angle of recline; however I could not adjust the chair low enough to be able to put my feet flat on the floor for a proper ergonomic position. Maybe it was just the store model. I did not buy it because of that one thing.

Awesome Chair

I had been to Staples store and tried this chair personally. It has very good lumbar support. It is sturdy and work well for me. I ordered it couple of days back and I received my order yesterday. Setting up this chair is easy. You do not need to have any tools at home as it comes with a tool. It took me 20-25 mins to set up by myself. The instructions were easy to comprehend. Thank you for this wonderful product.
