The chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. I took the arms off the second day which was easy. The only part that I have found difficult was setting the casters. I have had and used the chair for two weeks but I only have 2 casters locked in place and can't get the other three to lock in. Is there a secret?

Extremely comfortable. I like the mesh bottom for breathability. The lumbar support is a nice add. I like the adjustable arms height adjust and flexible back with tension adjust. I no longer have tingling in my arms because I can set up my workspace more ergonomically. Putting it together was super easy. You may need another set of hands but I did it myself. Instructions were the simplest I've ever seen for putting together office furniture. And the drawings were detailed enough to figure out orientation.
