Bought this chair a few months back and almost immediately had problems with it. The lumbar support does not stay in place. It slips down to the lowest setting and has to constantly be readjusted. Now the staples that hold the mesh seat in place are coming loose. Definitely regret this purchase.

I recently purchased this desk chair and I love it! I was hoping it was the same chair I had at a previous job because I loved that chair so much and I think that it is. It’s very comfortable and sturdy. It was easy to put together so that’s always a plus. Definitely recommend!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A CHAIR THAT WASN'T HOT TO SIT ON HAD ADJUSTABLE HEIGHTS AND WASN'T TOO EXPENSIVE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT THE CHAIR CAME WITH THE HOLES DRILLED IN THE SEAT NOT LINING UP WITH THE ARM RESTS SO THAT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. THE SHIPPING WAS FAST TOO. I WOULD ORDER THIS CHAIR AGAIN

The adjustable feature at the lower back is great. Problem is that the mesh on its first day of use is already fraying. And it is not soft! The frayed edges are hard and sharp and threatening to any delicate top one might be wearing. We put duct tape on it to protect my blouse. And that is on day 1. Not promising for the long term
